Terms and Conditions


1. PRIVACY
You can be absolutely secure in the knowledge that I am the only person who will ever see your photographs during their creation. The photography and photo retouching are all done by me at my studio. Your photos are safe and sound!

2. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK
All images are copyrighted and owned by Rosa Wang Portraits.

The Rosa Wang Portraits Logo is a Trademark of Rosa Wang. The Logo is the signature of the artist Rosa Wang and is applied to all final photographs.

All final photographs will include the Rosa Wang Portraits Logo placed in a non-intrusive position, which is the industry standard for all professional photographers. If for some reason you would like to have your photographs without the Rosa Wang Portraits Logo a $35 + HST service charge will be applied for each photograph.

3. LICENSE AGREEMENT
Rosa Wang Portraits gives you rights to use the licensed photograph(s) that you have purchased for your personal needs. Therefore you may copy, print and distribute the licensed photograph(s). However, you do not have the rights to sell said photograph(s) to anyone and/or publication. If you wish to sell the licensed photograph(s) a mutual agreement must be arranged with Rosa Wang Portraits.

4. IMAGE STORAGE
Photos not ordered within six (6) months from the date of photo session will be automatically deleted to free up storage space. Photos that were ordered and not reordered within one (1) year will be automatically deleted to free up storage space.

5. RUSH ORDER SERVICES
Our regular photo delivery time is 1-4 weeks, however we understand you may have special needs and wish to get your final photos done in a hurry. 1 day service is available at a 15% rush order service fee. 2 day service is available at a 10% rush order service fee. The rush order service fee applies to the total amount of your order.

6. PHOTO VIEWING
Our private in studio viewing will give you the oportunity to view your images in a larger format and in more detail. We will go through the images from your session together and discuss all options available to you. If a second photo viewing session is required, a $50 fee will apply. Payment is made at the time of ordering your photos.

7. TAX
HST 13% is applicable to all orders. We do not charge HST, the government charges you HST, we only collect it for the government.

8. PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS
Payments must be paid in full before we process your final images.

We accept Paypal, credit cards, E-money transfer, cash, cheques and money orders.

9. PRODUCTION TIME
1-2 weeks for photos, from the time you place your order and make the payment.
3-4 weeks for albums, from the time you place your order and make the payment.

10. DELIVERY METHOD
All purchased photographs will be burned on a DVD or CD available for pickup at our studio. Mail delivery option is available at an additional charge of $10 + HST with no tracking or $15 + HST with tracking and signature.

Any concerns regarding your finished photos, you must contact us within three business days from the time your order was received.

11. SESSION CANCELLATION
At least 72 hours notice is required if you need to reschedule or cancel your photo session. If a session is cancelled with less then 72 hours notice a $10 service charge will be added to your normal session fee.

An additional $10 service charge will also apply if you booked a Makeup Artist and/or Hair Stylist. The $10 will go directly to the Artist, as we have booked our time, studio time and made the commitment to you for this particular time. We can not book anyone else within this short time frame, therefore we have lost the opportunity for business.
